Akané D’Orangeville

I am of French and Japanese origins and was born in Montreal. I have studied Sociology and East Asian Studies at McGill University, and later changed to Université de Montréal to do a Masters in Anthropology about juvenile delinquency. It was followed by a PhD in Anthropology about subculture communities in Tokyo that I am currently finishing. I also practice and teach Kendo at McGill University (5 Dan black belt). I love rodents, gaming, detective crime novels and, obviously, languages.
